About Our Services

Bloodhub Limited provides health-related information and blood biomarker testing services to support general health awareness. We are not medical doctors, and our Services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Information provided through the Site, our reports, or our communications is for general informational purposes only. Individual results and interpretations may vary.

Our tests provide insight into specific biomarkers and may help you better understand aspects of your health. They are not a substitute for consultation with a registered medical practitioner. You must always discuss test results with a qualified healthcare professional.

You must be 18 years or older to use our Services.

To deliver our Services, we must collect and process certain personal data. By agreeing to these Terms, you authorise us to use your data for the purpose of providing the Services. You may withdraw consent at any time, which will terminate our ability to continue service.

Terms of Payment

A fee applies to each Service. Fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. By proceeding, you accept responsibility for all applicable charges.

Payments are processed via a secure third-party payment provider. Once payment has been received, your order will be processed and the Service scheduled.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you no longer require the Service, you may request a refund with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment.

Bloodhub Limited reserves the right to charge the full fee for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Delivery of Results

Test results are typically available within 3 weeks, although this may occasionally take longer. We will update you on progress where possible.

Results will be emailed to the address you provided at the time of booking. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms. You must notify us of any changes to your details.

Risks, Limitations, and Laboratory Considerations

Bloodhub Limited uses an external third-party laboratory to process all blood samples. The following risks and limitations apply:

  • Testing may be impossible if the sample provided is insufficient, contaminated, deteriorated, clotted, or haemolysed.
  • On rare occasions, a clear result cannot be obtained due to biological or technical factors.
  • Some results may be inconclusive or may not meet our quality standards.

If initial processing fails for reasons beyond your control, we will arrange to collect a second sample free of charge. If this second attempt is unsuccessful, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit note.

All testing is conducted in an accredited laboratory; however, laboratory processes may result in errors. If an error is identified, we will provide corrected results at no cost.

Our results are for information only. They should never be relied upon for diagnosis or treatment. You are solely responsible for seeking follow-up advice from a medical professional. We can provide guidance on suitable health professionals upon request.

Bloodhub Limited, its employees, agents, and partners accept no liability for any decisions, consequences, injuries, or problems arising from your interpretation or use of the information provided.
